When I create an account I am seeing a "Mail Not Configured" message.

If you see the "Mail Not Configured" message while creating your account, ignore it. Your account is already created. Go to the login page and enter your credentials to sign in to your account.

Is it compatible with PC and Android?

The Dualshock controllers on our website work 100% fine with PS4 and Android but it may have small issues with PC's DS4 software.

I didn't get any confirmation email after ordering a product.

Once your order is accepted by GameLix you will get a confirmation email.

Are the PS4 Controllers original from Sony?

No, the PS4 Controllers are not original Sony products. The products on our website are the first quality of Sony's Dualshock 4 Wireless Controllers.

How can I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel an order do it before your shipping period(1-2 hours after your order is placed). Once we accepted your order. Your cancelation won't be accepted.

How many days GameLix take to deliver?

Normally it takes 4-7 days. The product will reach the customer on or before the estimated delivery date.
