Not all products are returnable. Only damaged products can be returned to the GameLix.in and the return period is 24 hours from the delivery day. The request sent after the return period can not be accepted. Return request for change in color variation of the product must be raised within the day of delivery. Return requests raised after 24 hours for the change in color variation of the product can not be accepted. For returning a product, the customer should submit a video proof of unboxing the product from the courier package from which we sent. In that video, the label (The courier label in the package) of the product should be visible and the video should also contain the connection of the controllers to the Playstation 4 or Playstation 3, or Xbox 360. Note: All the controllers in the GameLix.in are first quality products. It is compatible only with Playstation 4, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360. If you buy the products for Laptops or Personal Computers and send a video proof for not connecting to the Device (Laptops or Personal Computers), the return won't be accepted. The unboxing video proof is strictly required to raise return or replacement requests for the damaged products. Cancellation or return is not available for Digital Games. If any product bought with PSN Wallet is returned, 500 rs will be deducted during the refund process for the PSN Wallet.
However, if the customer cancels the order before processing or if the product is out of stock, we will contact the customer about the incident to confirm via Email to refund the amount. There will be a 2.5% deduction for refund which is because of the transaction fees of our payment portal service provider Razorpay.
