This website is operated by GameLix. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GameLix. GameLix offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Digital Games Conditions

The games are not transferred as a game key. You will receive an Account that will allow you to download the game. You will be able to play it from your own account, forever. We are selling PSN accounts with legit (original) games inside. We buy the accounts only from reliable sources and we are confident that these are not hacked or stolen accounts. If you cannot access the account you received, we will give you a new one for free. The warranty gets voided if you change the email address or any other info of the account, besides the password. The game will be delivered within 3-6 hours. If there is high demand for the game it may take up to 24 hours. If the game is not available the money will be refunded back to the customer's original payment method. Return policy or Cancellation is not available for digital games.

Delivery Terms

All the deliveries from GameLix will reach the customer on or before the estimated delivery date. But in some hard situations like bad weather conditions or delivery partner issues, the product may take 2 or 3 days more after the estimated delivery date to reach the customer. In some situations, we will pay compensation to the customer for taking a longer delivery time (+5 days after the estimated delivery date). After the shipment, if the customer is not able to collect the product on the delivery day from the delivery person, we will try to reach the customer once again. Even on the second time if the customer did not able to collect the product then we will get back the product to our warehouse. The customer has to contact us and have to pay the shipping amount for the next shipping (The shipping price depends on the location of the customer). Sometimes we directly resell products from other websites like Amazon.in and Flipkart.com . Digital games will be delivered within 3-6 hours to the customer's mail.

Return and Refunds

Not all products are returnable. Only damaged products can be returned to the GameLix.in and the return period is 24 hours from the delivery day. The request sent after the return period can not be accepted. Return request for change in color variation of the product must be raised within the day of delivery. Return requests raised after 24 hours for the change in color variation of the product can not be accepted. For returning a product, the customer should submit a video proof of unboxing the product from the courier package from which we sent. In that video, the label (The courier label in the package) of the product should be visible and the video should also contain the connection of the controllers to the Playstation 4 or Playstation 3, or Xbox 360. Note: All the controllers in the GameLix.in are first quality products. It is compatible only with Playstation 4, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360. If you buy the products for Laptops or Personal Computers and send a video proof for not connecting to the Device (Laptops or Personal Computers), the return won't be accepted. The unboxing video proof is strictly required to raise return or replacement requests for the damaged products. In the DIgital Games category if the game is not available money will be refunded back to the original payment method.

However, if the customer cancels the order before processing or if the product is out of stock, we will contact the customer about the incident to confirm via Email to refund the amount. There will be a 2.5% deduction for the refund which is because of the transaction fees of our payment portal service provider Razorpay.

Payment Terms

We accept all payments (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PhonePe, Google Pay, Other UPI Payment Methods, Cash On Delivery). The given price on the product page includes all taxes and shipping charges. So the buyer no needs to pay any extra money during or after the delivery time.

License

You must not:

• Republish material from Website Name
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Website Name
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Website Name
• Redistribute content from Website Name

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations:

• limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
• limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
• exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
